Dr. Debra is a Leadership Voice and Performance Presence Strategist, author, and host of the She Roars Boldly podcast. She works with high-performing leaders to show up with clarity, confidence, and authority in high-pressure moments—on stage, on camera, and in the rooms that matter most.

Her work has been featured at leading conferences and organizations across the world including WELS, WYNx Global Talks, LOSD, Fluxx, Fearless Women, AARP, ASA Conferences, and global leadership and entrepreneurship events. She has also contributed to initiatives such as the Making of an Entrepreneur docuseries.

Dr. Debra serves on the Editorial Board of the Universal Journal of Educational Research and Leadership, advancing thought leadership in communication, leadership, and performance.
